PRISMA is an photo editing app which transforms your photos into famous artists drawings . Though many apps have this feature the results are not as great as Prisma app's quality.
How Prisma Works?

For decades many researchers were trying to build an AI which has the capacity to think of its own. That was a nearly hypothetical because the outcomes were infinite. Then they tried to imitate the thinking of Human. Which simply means to mimic the moves of Human. Mimic the way of thinking and skills using deep neural networks. This implication was a success. In this process 1000s of Art works are presented to AI. AI learns the art and applies it to new images sent it to its servers. That's the reason the Filter are not available offline without Internet Connection.
This is what happens
- You select a photo to upload or capture using Prisma .
- You select a style of art
- The photo is uploaded to server in Moscow ( Russia)
The uploaded image is analysed by AI and creates a new image. See this is the main feature. It creates a new image instead of applying a filter layer over the existing image.Then sends that picture to our mobile which we can share and save .This explains the time taken for applying the filter and also the absence of live preview.
Prisma is now working on a new feature to create a Video using the same technology which would be out soon .
