It's definitely a Stunning Beauty . Personally not a big fan of Samsung . But after Samsung's Metal body era started with some refreshing UI, It gained back what it lost in mid 2014-2015. The 2016 is definitely..
a great Head start . It came back High with its new model S7 Edge which boasted a Elegant design , Stunning Camera and a perfect Edge Display with Super Amoled Technology.

Now Samsung have launched its Note series for 2016  called Note 7 skipping the name Note 6. Maybe they skipped it because it's a devil's number ! or may be just to sync with the Samsung S series. Here are the few things which are New as well as S7 Edgeishhhh! ! features .

This time Samsung has gone for narrow Note than a wider note still achieved a wider display than Note 5 . The Gorilla glass 5 and Samsung Dual Edge Display made this possible . Gorilla Glass 5 is first used in Note 7 . The important feature in the Design of Note 7 is that they have made a Symmetric phone which is exactly similar in all sides. This is the reason for Note 7 looking more beautiful and ergonomically designed than the S7 edge. The S-Pen now has more sharper pointer than the previous one . 50% reduce in tip diameter (0.6mm) which makes the S-Pen to function more or less like a Pen. Corel Blue the new colour is also been introduced. The USB type C port is finally introduced in the Samsung line of series and as The Design Engineer of Note 7 quoted an very important feature "It comes with a headphone jack ". !

NEW FEATURES:

   IRIS SCANNER :

                 The Samsung have been working on this Iris Scanner since the launch of S-3. That would be roughly around 5-Years. They have finally achieved it . The Iris Scanner uses the IR sensor and the front camera. This makes the Iris scanner to be working even in low light because of the use of IR.

   SECURE FOLDER :

             The contents are safe and secure with inbuilt app called Secure Folder which can be locked with Iris Scanner. It can also be used to hide apps and important notes .

   S-PEN

           Both the device and S-Pen is waterproof and dust proof  with IP68 certification. It's now more functional than any other in the series which includes a New GIF creation tool .

S7-EDGEISHHH... FEATURES :

• Same Processor 
• Same Display
• Same Camera Sensor
• Same RAM
• Less powerful battery than S7 edge ! :{

These were the features every one expected be to high which includes a Higher RAM, higher Battery power all these were missing . But the fact is Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be a best phablet/phone in its segment. All the features are same but they are the reason for the success of  S7/S7 Edge . So let's probably reserve that portion till we do a Full Review. Its launch date in India has not yet been announced. The Pre-orders have started  in US and other markets . Its available in US from August 19 with a price starting from a whooping 850$. So the expected launch price in India would be around 60k segment or probably even more. It would be interesting how will the Iphone-7 would be competing with this Note 7 in terms of both features and pricing.

To sum it up Galaxy Note 7 is pretty impressive with its design and aesthetic sense but fell short of its expectations in terms of Hardware. Yet we could agree that it would bring success for Samsung as S7 did.
